🎁 “Can I send a gift directly to someone, and will you include a message?”

Absolutely! 🎀 During checkout, just enter the recipient’s shipping address, and if you'd like to include a message, send us an email right after placing your order with your order number + message. We'll handwrite a simple, warm note and leave out the invoice so your surprise stays a surprise.

🚨 “I made a mistake in my order — help!”

Don’t panic! 🆘 Mistakes happen. If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, size, or forgot to apply a coupon — email us immediately at Info@illishop.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix or cancel it right away. If it already shipped, we’ll work with you on a return or solution that’s fair and easy.
